Yes — we recommend booking in advance. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows but appointments always get priority. Call (205) 424-2020.
Our shop is open Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Eye exams are scheduled Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm so our doctor can give every patient a full, unhurried visit. Frame browsing, adjustments and pickups are welcome any time we're open.
We accept VSP, EyeMed, Cigna, Aetna, and most major vision plans. Contact us and we'll verify your plan before your visit.
Most exams take 45–60 minutes. Our digital technology reduces the need for dilation so you can usually drive yourself home.
Absolutely. Bring your current prescription and we'll find the perfect frames. If it's over a year old we'd recommend a fresh exam.
Most orders are ready in 7–10 business days. Rush options available. We'll call you the moment they arrive.
